Our landscaping services
3V Landscaping builds complete residential yards in Ogden and across Weber, Davis and Morgan counties: landscape installation, sprinklers and irrigation, sod, tree planting, paver patios and block retaining walls, all done in-house by our own crew. Owner Rich Combe has been landscaping for about thirty years and still bids every job himself.

Straight answers
How much does a landscape project cost?
It depends on the yard, and we will give you a real number after we walk it with you. Most of our work is complete yard installs, and a typical project for us runs around $27,000. A sprinkler system, sod or a single patio on its own costs less. We do not quote from the street.
Do you do the whole yard, or just parts of it?
Both. Most of what we build is the complete yard: sprinklers, sod, trees, patios and retaining walls, planned and built as one job by one crew. We also install sprinkler systems, sod, trees, paver patios and block retaining walls on their own.
Who will actually be doing the work?
Our own crew, with our own equipment. Rich bids the job and runs it, and a four to five person full-time crew builds it. For big installs we bring in a trusted on-call network, so a big job does not drag on.
Where do you work?
We are based in Ogden and build yards across Weber, Davis and Morgan counties, generally within about 20 miles of Ogden. If you are not sure whether we cover your town, call and ask.
Can you put sprinklers in a yard you did not build?
Yes. We install complete sprinkler and irrigation systems in existing yards as well as new ones. Rich is a Certified Backflow Installer, so the connection to your water line is done right.
Do you offer emergency service?
Yes. If something on your property has failed and cannot wait, call (801) 458-5381 and tell us what happened. We will tell you straight away whether we can get to it.
Evenings on the patio instead of weekends in the dirt
The sprinklers come on by themselves. The lawn is green in July. The patio is where you eat dinner now, and the slope behind the house stays put when it rains. That is what done looks like.
